Terms of Service

LumeVault is a productized web studio. We sell fixed-scope digital services such as landing pages, marketing websites, storefront shells, and à la carte micro services (copy polish, mobile fixes, forms, SEO basics, and similar deliverables).

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. If you buy on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Each package on our pricing page describes a fixed scope: name, price, summary, and inclusions. That listing at the time of checkout is the statement of work for your order unless we agree in writing to a change.

Deliverables are digital. Unless a package expressly includes hosting, domain registration, ongoing retainers, or third-party ad spend, those items are not included.

• We may update package names, prices, or inclusions at any time for future orders.
• Custom work outside a listed package requires a separate written agreement.
• You are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, and access needed to fulfill the scope.

You agree to provide a valid email address and accurate billing/contact details. Order confirmations, delivery notes, and support replies are sent to the email you submit at checkout.

You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials or files we send you. Notify us promptly at the email above if you believe an order was placed in error or without authorization.

Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at checkout through our payment partner. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

By paying, you authorize the charge for the selected package. Taxes may apply where required by law. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension of delivery until resolved.

Fulfillment begins after payment confirmation. Delivery method depends on the package (for example: email handoff, access instructions, file links, or published page assets).

Timelines stated on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by missing client assets, inaccurate information, or third-party outages are outside our control.

You may not use our site or services to engage in unlawful activity, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass others, or attempt to probe, scrape, or disrupt our systems or payment partners.

We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or outside our published scopes.

Site content, branding, and templates owned by LumeVault remain our property. Upon full payment for a package, you receive a license to use the deliverables created for your order for your own business purposes, subject to any third-party licenses (fonts, stock imagery, plugins) embedded in the work.

You retain ownership of materials you supply to us. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to fulfill your order.

Services and the site are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, specific ranking results, or particular conversion outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumeVault and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order in the three months preceding the claim.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to that processing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in San Francisco County, California, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future orders.
